I am Kruna Josimovi\u0107 \u2013 a woman, mother, dreamer and entrepreneur who didn't find a job, but created it herself. I didn't start with a lot of capital or a perfect plan. I started with a question that kept me going: What if I succeed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At that moment, I was a mother of two, without a clear professional path, but with a huge desire to do something meaningful. Something that would combine play and education, joy and knowledge, children and creativity. Something that would be more than just a job, my story, my freedom, and my proof that it was possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I didn't know what it would look like. I just knew that I didn't want to give up on myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first steps were neither romantic nor easy. There were days when I wondered if I was doing the right thing, sleepless nights, moments when I felt alone in it all. But each time I repeated to myself: if I have to put in the effort, let it be into something I love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I learned everything from scratch \u2013 how to combine idea with practice, how to run a business, how to remain a mom while also becoming an entrepreneur. I learned that failure is not the opposite of success, but an integral part of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, eight years later, I look at where I've come and I realize: success was not a coincidence, it was a decision. A decision not to give up. A decision to believe. A decision to set an example for my children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When they ask me what my formula is, I say:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You don't need to have all the answers - you just need to have the courage to start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
