When knowledge, play, and entrepreneurship meet: an award for our team at the Successful Women conference

On March 11, we had the honor of attending an inspiring event. Successful Women powered by Financije.hr, which was organized by the portal Finances.hrThe conference was held at the prestigious Esplanade Zagreb Hotel, where numerous female entrepreneurs, leaders, and experts from various industries gathered to share their experiences, knowledge, and inspiring business stories.

Initiative Successful women It is dedicated to promoting women's entrepreneurship, sharing experiences, and creating a space for women who are making their mark on the business world to network. Through engaging lectures, useful tips, and panel discussions, we had the opportunity to discuss the challenges as well as the successes that the entrepreneurial journey brings.

A special moment for us was when our owner and director of the Kruna Children's Escape Room, Josimović, received an award. Although the award was presented to her personally, for us it represents recognition for our entire team. In fact, our team is made up entirely of women, which is actually a nice coincidence. Of course, this in no way diminishes the importance of men in entrepreneurship, but it just so happened that we are all building this story together as a women's team that shares the same vision.

Kruna is the person whose creativity gives rise to the entire world of our adventures. She is the chief creator of all the escape rooms, and what makes them special is that they are completely original. Every puzzle, every story, and every detail first emerges in her imagination, and the ideas that exist only in her head are transformed into unique experiences for children. That's why our games are not just fun, but also a small adventure of discovery, thinking, and collaboration.

Our goal as a team has always been simple, yet powerful:

We believe that knowledge can be fun; in fact, that knowledge and fun can be the same thing. With every new birthday party we organize and every escape game we design, we strive to encourage children to think, explore, and ask questions. Curiosity is a natural trait of every child, and our job is to help it grow.

In our games, children don't sit passively. On the contrary, they explore, touch, solve puzzles, and work together. It's especially important for us that they step away from screens, because these days children are often absorbed in mobile phones and digital content. Through an escape game, they have the opportunity to take part in an interactive experience that engages all the senses as well as movement, thinking, teamwork, and creativity.

When children solve tasks through play, they develop the skills they need for life: logic, cooperation, resourcefulness, and self-confidence. That's why we often say something we truly believe in:
